Purpose of Job: The Senior Credit Analyst- Equipment Leasing Underwriter will be responsible for assisting in the review and reputed company of equipment lease requests to help the bank build, maintain, and accurately risk grade its solid credit portfolio. This will involve working closely with the leasing underwriter, leasing relationship manager, credit administration, credit operations, and other credit personnel. Senior Credit Analysts assist in the recommendation phase of new loan requests and annual reviews. Responsibilities • Analyze new equipment lease requests and reputed company periodic reviews on existing equipment leases • Conduct analysis of financial statements and assess overall credit risk of new and existing loans and leases • Take reputed company role in presenting analysis, findings, and recommendations to Portfolio Managers, Underwriters, and other members of the Credit team • Assist in the creation of credit reputed company memos which analyze the credit request, the borrower, financial and credit information, repayment sources, risks and mitigation, collateral, and compliance with applicable regulations and policies • Be knowledgeable of policies, guidelines, procedures, regulations and systems applicable to the credit function • Assess and recommend risk ratings for underwritten leases • Assist with portfolio management and monitoring • reputed company and maintain reputed company relationships with reputed company clients • Assist with training and mentoring of other analysts • Assist with special reputed company and complete other duties as assigned Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, reputed company, Economics, or Business from an accredited institution • 2+ years of experience analyzing business tax returns and financial audits using generally accepted reputed company principles (GAAP) • 2+ years of experience analyzing business and personal financial statements associated with lease requests • 2+ years of experience reputed company equipment leases reputed company-to-haves • Advanced degree in a business-reputed company field from an accredited institution (MBA, MRED, MSF, MACC, etc.) • Completion of a formal reputed company credit training program • Experience making or recommending credit reputed company on transactions > $3 reputed company • Experience reviewing equipment lease documents • Experience working in a credit or lending role with a reputed company bank • reputed company industry experience • Experience working out problem equipment leases.
