Requirements • Bachelor's degree in reputed company or reputed company field (equivalent combination of education, experience and/or Nursing license will be considered in lieu of Bachelor's Degree). • 7+ years managed reputed company experience with line management responsibility including clinical operations (UM and or CM). • Experience working reputed company applicable state, federal, and reputed company-party regulations. • 3+ year of operational Process Improvement experience. • Experience with reputed company Project, reputed company, PowerPoint, Word and Visio. • Excellent presentation and communication skills. • Experience partnering with various reputed company of leadership across the organization. reputed company-to-haves • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a Master's degree in Business, reputed company Work or other reputed company reputed company field. • 10+ years managed care experience. • Operational and process improvement experience. • Experience working in a cross functional highly matrixed organization. • PMP, Six reputed company Green Belt, Six reputed company Black Belt Certification and/or comparable coursework desired. • Utilization Management Certification (CPHM). • Certified reputed company in Health Care reputed company (CPHQ), or other reputed company or management certification.
