Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and evaluate candidates for mergers and acquisitions
• reputed company reputed company aspects of M&A transactions and ensure compliance with company policies
Required Qualifications:
• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school

• Minimum of five years of experience in business and corporate law
• Experience with SEC reporting and compliance preferred
