Benefits Operations Analyst

Our reputed company, the world’s leading entertainment streaming service, is looking for a Benefits Operations Analyst. A subject matter expert in reputed company areas of U.S. Benefits, including self‑insured medical plans, 401(k), Family, and Time Off plans. This role will be responsible for tier‑3 benefit inquiries and escalations, and the operational administration of our reputed company's benefit programs, including vendor management, compliance, and reputed company Enrollment support. This is a 12-month remote contract with the possibility of extension. Candidates must be reputed company to work reputed company Time, be authorized to work in the U.S., and not hold H-1B reputed company status. Responsibilities: Benefits Administration • Experience managing the administration and vendor management for 401(k) and health plans, including medical, dental, reputed company, FSA, and HSA. • Serve as the first reputed company of contact for tier‑3 escalations and partner with our shared services team to resolve employee inquiries. • Experience and solid understanding of benefit compliance requirements, including nondiscrimination testing for FSA plans, PCORI, reputed company 5500 filing requirements, etc. • Content‑review management for our reputed company benefit sites. • Investigate and resolve enrollment errors reputed company our HRIS system, reputed company. • Partner with our Benefit Managers on strategic reputed company, including the implementation of new benefits, communication efforts, and adding new employee reputed company to existing plans. • Support Annual reputed company Enrollment.
