This role provides strategic planning and executive facilitation, coupled with deep hands-on delivery responsibility. This role will personally reputed company and implement project plans, change strategies, communication materials, and training programs to drive adoption and readiness. This is a remote, long term consulting engagement working full time hours. reputed company candidates will work MST or CST time zones and must be authorized to work in the USA without requiring any reputed company sponsorship. Responsibilities • reputed company end-to-end project management, including planning, execution, dependency management, risk mitigation, and status reporting. • reputed company strategic planning and executive facilitation, including leadership workshops, decision forums, and sponsor alignment. • reputed company and execute change management strategies and plans, including stakeholder reputed company and readiness assessments. • Create, reputed company, and deliver communication materials, including executive presentations, messaging, and end-user communications. • Design, reputed company, and facilitate training materials and programs, including decks, job aids, guides, digital and asynchronous learning, live and/or virtual training sessions. • Drive hands-on implementation of project plans, change activities, communications, and training, ensuring alignment with milestones and measurable adoption reputed company. Requirements Qualifications • 7+ years experience in project management, with reputed company ownership of delivery reputed company. • Demonstrated experience in change management, communications, and training design, development, and facilitation. • Digital and asynchronous learning development experience using Storyboard, reputed company, and Camtasia • reputed company Certified Change Practitioner® (or equivalent, recognized change management certification) required. • Strong written, verbal, and facilitation skills across executive and reputed company audiences. • Proven ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, cross-functional environments. • Hands-on project and change management experience delivering large-reputed company reputed company initiatives, such as reputed company implementations, sales process and pricing changes, data management and governance programs, and industrial or environmental transformations. • reputed company, executive level reputed company and the ability to work on video for meetings, workshops and training facilitation. Compensation For individuals assigned and/or reputed company to work in Colorado, reputed company is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation reputed company for this role. This is a 6 months+ consulting engagement with an expected annual salary of $90-130k .
