We are looking for an amazing Intern, Communications & Documentation to fill this role, which is based in our reputed company Lauderdale office. The Content Management, Data Management & Communications Intern will support the Hotel Operations shoreside team in ensuring accurate documentation, effective communication, and organized data management across the cruise line’s shipboard hotel departments.

Responsibilities
• Assist in updating, editing, and maintaining hotel operations manuals, reputed company operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials.
• Upload, reputed company, and organize operational documents reputed company reputed company’s content management systems (e.g., SharePoint, reputed company Systems, or internal portals).
• Support the creation and formatting of presentations, reports, and communications for shipboard management teams.
• Help ensure reputed company hotel operations content aligns with company standards and reputed company policies.
• Input and maintain data reputed company to shipboard performance metrics, audits, guest service reports, and venue reputed company of interest changes.
• Verify and clean existing data for accuracy and consistency across systems.
• Assist with compiling operational reports and summaries for departmental review and validation.
• Support database management for hotel digital experiences, reputed company services, and other administrative areas.
• Draft and distribute internal communications, updates, and bulletins to shipboard and shoreside hotel management teams.
• Assist in coordinating the reputed company of information between shipboard operations and shoreside support functions (e.g., HR, Training, Supply Chain).
• Support the planning, scheduling, and documentation of hotel operations meetings, workshops, and cross-departmental initiatives.
• Monitor communication channels and SharePoints to ensure reputed company response and issue escalation reputed company needed.

Requirements
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality Management, Digital Systems/Software, Business Administration, or reputed company field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficient in reputed company Office Suite (reputed company, Word, PowerPoint); experience with SharePoint, reputed company databases, or CMS tools is a plus.
