Description • Join Bright Vision Technologies, a forward-thinking software development company at the forefront of innovation, as a Healthcare Data Analyst III. We specialize in building cutting-edge, scalable, secure, and user-friendly applications designed to automate and optimize business operations. This is a fully remote, impactful role offering significant career growth within an established and well-respected organization. • As a Healthcare Data Analyst III, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing complex healthcare data to inform critical decisions related to cost-of-care, reimbursement strategies, and medical economics. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving financial and clinical improvements across the organization. • You will be responsible for the in-depth analysis of diverse healthcare datasets, including claims, provider, member, and encounter data. This analysis will form the foundation for strategic decision-making and operational enhancements. • Develop, maintain, and optimize robust reports and dashboards using advanced analytical tools such as SQL, Excel, and Power BI. These tools will be essential for visualizing data, tracking key performance indicators, and communicating findings effectively. • Proactively identify significant trends, anomalies, and cost drivers within the healthcare data. Your contributions will directly impact the financial health and strategic direction of our healthcare solutions. • Translate complex analytical findings into clear, concise, and actionable insights for presentation to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior leadership and business partners. • Foster strong collaborative relationships across business and clinical teams, acting as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert in healthcare data analytics. • Guide and mentor junior analysts, sharing your knowledge and best practices to enhance the overall analytical capabilities of the team. • Leverage your understanding of healthcare payment methodologies, such as Diagnosis-Related Groups (DRG), Ambulatory Payment Classification (APC), and Enhanced Ambulatory Payment Groups (EAPG), to accurately interpret financial data and reimbursement structures. • Apply your knowledge of managed care principles and medical economics to contextualize data analysis and provide strategic recommendations. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of data quality, analytical processes, and reporting standards within the organization. • This role offers the unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team, utilize state-of-the-art technology, and make a tangible difference in how healthcare is delivered and managed through data-driven insights. • You will be empowered to take ownership of your projects, drive analytical initiatives, and contribute to the strategic vision of Bright Vision Technologies. Your work will directly influence the development of innovative software solutions that address critical challenges in the healthcare industry. • Embrace a culture of continuous learning and professional development, with opportunities to expand your skill set and stay abreast of the latest trends in healthcare analytics and technology. • This is more than just a data analysis role; it's a chance to be a key player in shaping the future of healthcare technology and improving patient outcomes through intelligent data utilization.
