About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of a part-time Customer Experience Advisor. As a CX Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with our customers, and contributing to the growth and success of our company. This is a remote position based in Nashville, TN, and offers a competitive hourly rate of $13.00/hr.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through email and live chat support, ensuring that every customer interaction is nothing but wonderful
- Learn and master our internal management system to efficiently process sales orders and maintain customer relationships
- Utilize internal communication software to collaborate with teammates, management, and other departments, ensuring seamless communication and effective issue resolution
- Analyze trends and pain points to develop innovative solutions that optimize the customer experience and drive business growth

Essential Qualifications
- Able to attend a virtual two-week onboarding via Google Meet video calls
- Have a quiet and dedicated workspace with minimal noise and reliable high-speed internet connection
- Able to work 20-29 hours per week, with shift times starting as early as 8 a.m. and as late as 9 p.m. CT
- Available to work evenings and weekends, including during the holiday season
- Not on the Office of Inspector General's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)
Preferred Qualifications
- Customer service experience, preferably in a remote or virtual environment
- Experience working from home or in a remote setting, with a proven ability to stay motivated and focused
Skills and Competencies
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt your tone and communication style to different audiences. You will also need to be highly organized, able to juggle multiple tasks and priorities, and proficient in navigating multiple tabs and windows. A strong technical aptitude, with the ability to learn new systems and software quickly, is also essential.
