Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Customer Support Agent to join our team at arenaflex. As a Customer Support Agent, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our therapists and patients by providing exceptional support and guidance throughout their treatment journey. This is a remote opportunity, offering flexible working hours and the chance to work with a diverse team of high-performing individuals who share a passion for transforming mental health.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day therapist questions and requests through a shared mailbox and member support across multiple channels (SMS, phone, emails)
  • Provide support to therapists to ensure success along their treatment journey, addressing their concerns and queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Bring feedback and share insights with the team on common themes expressed by therapists, contributing to continuous process improvements and the delivery of a world-class support experience
  • Collaborate with your direct manager to escalate open questions and concerns, drive process improvements, and execute experiments to enhance our support services
  • Assist with coordination of scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling therapist appointments as required, ensuring seamless communication and minimal disruptions
  • Manage therapist inquiries and requests through our email communication system, providing tech support and troubleshooting assistance when needed
  • Coordinate with operations and therapist success teams to ensure requests are responded to in a timely manner, fostering a culture of collaboration and open communication
  • Monitor the therapist journey to identify and mitigate potential issues, as well as discover opportunities to improve the process and enhance the overall support experience
  • Oversee the processing of therapist credentials submitted to our platform, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our onboarding processes

Profile and Requirements

To succeed as a Customer Support Agent at arenaflex, you should be a team player with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and support. We are looking for individuals with:

  • 3+ years of related work experience in client service and support, preferably in the medical industry or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in the medical industry, particularly in mental health, with a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities in this sector
  • Knowledge of CRM systems, such as Zendesk and Gmail, with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and platforms
  • A customer-first mindset, with a deep work ethic and dedication to delivering the highest level of support and service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote and fast-paced startup environment
  • Comfort working in a telehealth setting, with a strong interest in the field of psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy and its potential to transform mental health
