Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As the face of our customer, you will be responsible for crafting meaningful connections and creating an environment where everyone feels welcome, valued, and respected. You will interact with our domestic and international customers in our lobbies and at gates, supporting them with ticketing and luggage, greeting customers as they begin and end their journey, and doing it all with a smile.

Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Minimum of 18 years old
- Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies
- Physical ability to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift, as well as carry and handle luggage
- Able to obtain a SIDA badge and meet airport requirements for badging
- Legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Able to meet the company's attendance requirements and uniform and appearance standards
