Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Social Worker to join our team in a remote, full-time capacity. As a Licensed Social Worker at arenaflex, you will partner with a registered nurse case manager to utilize a collaborative process of assessment, planning, and advocacy to meet a member's benefit plan and/or health needs. Your expertise will be crucial in researching available options and resources for members with financial, transportation, safety, and housing needs, spanning the entire lifecycle. All member contact will be done telephonically or via electronic exchange, and you will work to empower members to make positive lifestyle and medical choices.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with a registered nurse case manager to assess, plan, and advocate for members' health needs
• Research and identify available community resources for members with financial, transportation, safety, and housing needs
• Empower members to make informed decisions about their health and well-being
• Collaborate with other clinical staff to provide comprehensive support to members
• Utilize telephonic and electronic communication to engage with members and provide support
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of member interactions and interventions

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess an active and unrestricted Licensed Social Worker (LSW), Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) license in your state of residence. A minimum of 2+ years of experience in medical social work or case management is required, and a Master's Degree in Social Work is essential.

Compensation and Benefits

The typical pay range for this role is $46,597.20 - $101,228.40, depending on experience, education, and other factors.
