Key Responsibilities
- Assist with pushing your team and its colleagues to progress, and contribute to a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Deliver exceptional support on inbound calls in a fast-paced, organized client care environment, following our Client First philosophy.
- Communicate with card members to understand their needs and design novel solutions for every client, supporting the benefits of card membership, and giving relevant product offers that extend client engagement and result in quantifiable incentives for our card members.
- Continuously develop key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, handling objections, and closing deals.
- Address general and account-specific client requests, provide clear and concise information, and refresh client account data as needed.
- Utilize tools and resources to identify customized solutions and anticipate client needs, in our commitment to keeping in touch with our goal.
- Meet and exceed performance objectives that include, but are not limited to, client survey results, sales rates, quality objectives, compliance standards, and productivity targets.
Essential Qualifications
- Proven success in a customer support and consultative sales environment (2 years+), enthusiastically building client loyalty through excellent listening, consultative relationship building, intelligence, and solid written and verbal communication.
- Integrity with managing sensitive card member data and complying with all Administrative and Compliance rules connected with adjusting and sales practices.
- Passion for consultative sales, recommending products or solutions customized to every client.
- Flexibility expected to efficiently manage a constant flow of client calls, while balancing performance to meet various metrics, really managing through change, and staying positive in tough spots.
- Ability to adapt communication style to a wide variety of personalities and situations.
- Commitment to executing feedback as a way to achieve individual and team performance objectives.
- Technically savvy to perform multiple tasks and navigate through computer systems and applications with speed and accuracy.
- Reliability and dependability, as it is essential you are working on time and stick to your schedule every day.
- High school diploma or equivalent required, with a Bachelor's degree preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Four-year college degree preferred.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Flexibility to work whenever between 6:00 am-2:00 am, including weekends, and adapt to changing business needs.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
