With a focus on open-source technologies and automation development, this role offers the perfect opportunity for someone who's passionate about innovation and continuous learning. **About the Role** We're looking for an experienced Windows system administrator and automation developer to join our Web Systems Engineering team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for supporting automation for Jenkins Pipeline and Ansible Playbooks for Windows OS provisioning. You'll work closely with our team of 29 engineers, including 2 Beacon Hill consultants, to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our clients. **Key Responsibilities** * Support automation for Jenkins Pipeline and Ansible Playbooks for Windows OS provisioning * Develop and maintain scripts using open-source technologies such as Ansible and Terraform * Collaborate with the Web Systems Engineering team to deliver high-quality solutions * Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members * Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of best practices * Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies **Essential Qualifications** * 5+ years of experience in system engineering with Windows Server administration * Strong knowledge of PowerShell and GitHub * Experience with public cloud automation (Azure/GCP) * 4+ years of experience writing scripts with open-source technologies (Ansible/Terraform preferred) * Proven track record of supporting automation for Jenkins Pipeline and Ansible Playbooks for Windows OS provisioning * Ability to show examples of script development via GitHub or work sample **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with vRa and Open Source focus with Ansible * Knowledge of Terraform and other open-source technologies * Experience with Agile development methodologies * Strong communication and teamwork skills **Skills and Competencies** * Strong technical skills in Windows Server administration and automation development * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
