As a member of our Support Team, you'll be at the forefront of this mission, working closely with our users to ensure they have an exceptional experience on our platform. **Key Responsibilities** As an Experienced Chat Support Associate, you'll be responsible for: * Engaging with our vibrant community of veterinary professionals through live chats, phone calls, emails, internal discussion boards, and platform demos * Providing timely and effective support to resolve user queries and issues * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements * Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on platform features and best practices * Working closely with our Product Team to gather feedback and insights on user experiences * Contributing to the development of knowledge base articles and other support resources * Maintaining accurate records of user interactions and support requests **Essential Qualifications** * 1 year of relevant, customer-facing work experience (e.g., customer support, sales, or account management) * 2-year Associate's Degree or 4-year College Degree * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Experience in chat support (e.g., Intercom, Zendesk, or other chat platforms) * Patience and compassion when handling difficult situations * Ability to adapt quickly and manage many concurrent responsibilities * Strong desire to learn and help customers succeed * Positive attitude and one-for-all team mentality with excellent collaboration skills **Preferred Qualifications** * Tech/start-up work experience (not required but a plus) * Experience working with veterinary professionals or in a related industry * Knowledge of veterinary practices, animal health, or related fields * Familiarity with arenaflex's Vetcove platform (not required but a plus) **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Proficiency in Google Suite or other productivity tools * Familiarity with arenaflex's Vetcove platform (not required but a plus) **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our team members grow and develop their skills.
