Key Responsibilities

- Assist Customer Advisors/Service Consultants with customers when needed, providing support and guidance to ensure a seamless experience.
- Answer basic service department questions, schedule service appointments, and route customers' calls to the appropriate team member.
- Provide written messages to the responsible party in a timely manner, ensuring that all communication is clear, concise, and professional.
- Complete reminder calls for customers scheduled for an appointment, ensuring that they're aware of their upcoming service and can plan accordingly.
- Assist the service department in contacting customers once special ordered parts have arrived, scheduling appointments and ensuring that the repair process is completed efficiently.
- Contact customers with Repair Requests to schedule appointments, providing them with a clear understanding of the repair process and timeline.
- File repair orders and all supporting documentation daily, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Audit all sublet invoices to ensure they're processed and resolved per arenaflex guidelines, maintaining a high level of attention to detail and adherence to company policies.
- Ensure the loaner log and dealer tags are always in compliance with audit requirements, demonstrating a commitment to quality and excellence in all aspects of the role.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to demonstrate exceptional interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills. You should be able to execute Retail Service Standardized Work, provide exceptional customer service at all times, and maintain or exceed arenaflex guidelines for customer satisfaction. You'll also need to have intermediate computer skills, including spreadsheet knowledge, and be able to read, interpret, and transcribe data to maintain proper records.
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, it's desirable that you have experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a service or retail environment. You should be able to demonstrate above-average communication skills, with the ability to speak and listen effectively when dealing with customers and associates, both in person and over the phone. You'll also need to be able to work in a high-energy, fast-paced working environment, performing multiple duties and staying current with arenaflex-provided training in all areas of the Service process.
