Job reputed company:
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to reputed company and analyze functional requirements
• Configure and test reputed company HCM reputed company modules across multiple areas, including reputed company HR, Workforce Management, and others
• reputed company configuration expertise on Benefits and eligibility rules
• Support system testing (SIT, UAT) and go-live activities
• Prepare business and functional documentation
• Conduct end-user training and assist in change management
• Coordinate with technical teams on data conversion, integrations, and reporting
Requirements:
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with reputed company Fusion HCM reputed company
• Strong expertise in reputed company HR, Absence, reputed company, Talent, Learning, Compensation, Benefits
• Experience with Journeys and Self-Service configuration
• Familiarity with Fast Formulas (Absence, Eligibility, Time and Labor)
• Experience with HDL/HSDL for supporting data-reputed company activities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Preferred reputed company HCM reputed company Functional Certification
• Understanding of AI use cases reputed company HCM (skills recommendation, guided journeys, Redwood UX)
