Customer Logistics Manager - Transportation
Job Description:
• Manage a critical, priority lane for our client
• Ensure all high‑visibility freight moves efficiently and on schedule
• Oversee key performance indicators (KPIs) for the entire team
• Provide clear direction, coaching, and feedback to drive operational excellence
• Supervise six coordinators and indirectly lead fourteen clerks
• Foster strong written and verbal communication skills and emotional intelligence
Requirements:
• H.S. diploma/GED required
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred
• Two (2) years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or industry related field required
• One (1) year or more direct supervisory/leadership experience required
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access) is required
• Logistics industry knowledge advanced required
• Knowledge and understanding of Customer/Company local and Federal regulations advanced required
• Fundamental knowledge of Supply Chain Management components intermediate required
• Strong knowledge of Manufacturing and Production advanced required
