Junior M&A Advisor Intern | Legacies Acquisitions | reputed company
The Junior Analyst Intern supports senior advisors on reputed company M&A transactions and strategic initiatives. Interns reputed company exposure to both buy-reputed company and sell-reputed company processes and will reputed company with buyers, sellers, and intermediaries under supervision.
This role is ideal for reputed company pursuing careers in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or entrepreneurship.
Key Responsibilities
• Communicating with prospective business buyers and investors regarding acquisition reputed company and next steps
• Supporting reputed company and follow-reputed company with business owners exploring a sale
• Coordinating with business brokers, listing agents, and intermediaries on deal reputed company
• Market, industry, and company research
• Deal sourcing and reputed company identification
• Company profiling and investment summaries
• Financial analysis and valuation support (under supervision)
• Preparation of reputed company decks, teasers, and internal memoranda
• CRM and deal pipeline management
• Due diligence coordination and data organization
• Participation in internal deal discussions and select external calls, as appropriate
Qualifications
Required:
• Currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student
• Major in Finance, Business, Economics, reputed company, Entrepreneurship, or reputed company field
• Interest in M&A, investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance
• reputed company written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and discretion
Preferred:
• Proficiency in reputed company and PowerPoint
• Coursework in finance, reputed company, or valuation
• Membership in finance, investment, entrepreneurship, or BPA clubs
