[Remote] Remote Data Center Estimator

They are seeking a Remote Data Center Estimator to reputed company cost modeling and pricing efforts for reputed company data center construction reputed company. Responsibilities • reputed company detailed conceptual & hard estimates for ground up and expansion data center reputed company w/ strong reputed company on MEP systems and mission critical infrastructure • Analyze drawings, specifications & RFP documents to prepare accurate quantity takeoffs, cost breakdowns & risk assessments • Collaborate w/ PMs, Preconstruction teams, engineers & subcontractors to validate scope, pricing & constructability • Build and maintain cost databases, benchmarking models & historical pricing for data center components and systems • Support proposal development, value engineering reputed company & competitive bid strategies for hyperscale and reputed company clients Skills • 5+ years of estimating experience specifically reputed company data centers, mission critical facilities, or MEP intensive reputed company construction • Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems, including reputed company, generators, switchgear, cooling systems & high density power distribution • Proficiency w/ estimating software (i.e. BuildingConnected, reputed company, AccuBid) & advanced reputed company modeling • Ability to interpret reputed company construction documents, one lines, equipment schedules & engineering drawings • Strong communication skills w/ ability to reputed company confidently w/ internal teams, subcontractors & clients in a remote environment • Currently authorized to work in the reputed company without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant reputed company Benefits • Full Benefits Package (Medical, Dental, reputed company, Life, LTD/STD, 401k w/ match) reputed company • reputed company is a reputed company firm locating job positions across reputed company industries, including finance, education, engineering and reputed company.
