WBL is a U.S.-based company with a 100% remote workforce. This is a remote Contract/Consultant position. Generally, working hours will be 9:00am-6:00pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, although hours worked may be greater based upon operational requirements. In this position, you'll manage important stages of the recruitment process while delivering a great candidate experience. You’ll work closely with hiring managers to understand team needs and play a key role in shaping our growing company.
