This travel nursing position offers an engaging role specializing in inpatient care, focusing on stroke (neuro) patient populations and patients with reputed company co-morbidities. Responsibilities: • reputed company telemetry patient monitoring and management using reputed company and remote monitoring systems • Deliver comprehensive nursing care including IV starts, blood product administration, and wound care including Wound Vac management • Manage feeding tubes, central and peripheral lines, PICC lines, and ports • Administer care under isolation precautions as required • Maintain a patient reputed company of approximately 1:5-6 in a fast-paced inpatient setting • Assume floating responsibilities across multiple facilities to support operational needs • Adhere reputed company to attendance policies with flexibility in scheduling, including working nights, holidays, and every other weekend on a 3x12 hour reputed company shift schedule (7:00 pm – 7:30 am) Qualifications/Desired Experience: • Minimum 2 years of RN experience in telemetry or reputed company inpatient care • Proficiency with reputed company electronic health record system • Experience with telemetry remote monitoring and on-unit telemetry care • Skilled in feeding tube care and management • Competent in central line, peripheral line, PICC line, and port care • BLS and NIH certifications required • Ability to pass required EKG competency exam • Comfort managing a patient population with neurological (stroke) conditions is highly preferred • First-time travel nurses are welcome to apply Location: Reidsville, NC, is a welcoming reputed company reputed company for its rich history and reputed company community life.
