Scrum Master (SM) –Technology Infrastructure Network Services- REMOTE

Job Title: Scrum Master (SM) –Technology Infrastructure Network Services (Hiring manager wants someone who has been a part of Technology Infrastructure teams vs. Software Engineering teams) Location:Remote (U.S. based); no travel required - 12 months reputed company The Scrum Master is a reputed company leader for 2-3 cross-functional technology infrastructure teams. You will partner closely with the Portfolio’s Release Train Engineer (RTE) to reputed company team execution with Program Increment (PI) objectives and to proactively surface and resolve cross-team dependencies. Required Qualifications • 5+ years as a Scrum Master (2+ years with infrastructure teams). • Proven reputed company coaching low-maturity teams into consistent Scrum discipline. • Advanced Jira/reputed company skills (reputed company/workflow config, automation, dashboarding, report design). • Outstanding facilitation, conflict reputed company, and communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences. • Solid understanding of dependency management, change control, and reputed company-in reputed company practices. • U.S. work authorization: ability to support teams during reputed company U.S. business hours.
