Job Summary
The Customer Service Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable Processor is responsible for preparing, recording, verifying, analyzing, and reporting accounts payable/receivable transactions. This role requires exceptional customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. As a key member of our finance team, you will provide support to patients, insurance companies, and clients, ensuring that all transactions are processed efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, insurance companies, and clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collect patient payments and perform other duties as assigned, ensuring that all transactions are processed in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Interpret insurance payments and correspondence, ensuring that all transactions are accurate and up-to-date
- Respond to internal and patient inquiries, providing clear and concise information and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Process billing records within established timeframes, ensuring that all transactions are accurate and up-to-date
- Meet departmental quality and production standards, ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard and in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals and objectives
- Make decisions focused on the interpretation of area/department policy and methods for completing assignments, ensuring that all work is completed in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Meet and exceed performance expectations, completing work within required timeframes and ensuring that all transactions are processed efficiently and accurately
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will require:
Essential Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the medical field
- Fluency in Spanish, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with MS Office tools, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with ECW (e-Clinical Works)
- Previous experience in accounts receivable/accounts payable processing, with a strong understanding of financial transactions and procedures

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $37,200 - $51,200 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
