Key Responsibilities

  • Assist and support management in evaluating and recommending improvements to production workflows and work processes, ensuring that our operations are efficient and effective.
  • Compile and analyze operational data to identify and resolve business problems, using your analytical skills to drive informed decision-making.
  • Utilize and maintain available reporting systems and participate in systems testing, staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and tools.
  • Develop procedures and controls, providing recommendations for ongoing process improvements and ensuring that our operations are aligned with industry best practices.
  • Provide leadership with status updates on projects and issues, keeping them informed of progress and any challenges that may arise.
  • Communicate and recommend policy changes to achieve project objectives, using your excellent communication skills to ensure that all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
  • Document departmental procedures and create reports and presentations to display operational data, using your technical skills to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Support internal departments and external entities by answering questions and providing training, using your knowledge and expertise to help others succeed.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in a related field is preferred, although equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Two (2) years of experience in a related field is required, with a focus on process improvement, operational analysis, or a similar area.
  • Effective verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex information to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to work independently or in a team environment and interact with all levels of the organization, demonstrating your flexibility and adaptability.
  • Effective analytical and problem-solving skills to identify, evaluate, recommend, and implement changes to processes or procedures, using your critical thinking skills to drive improvement.
  • Organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple activities with varying timelines, using your project management skills to ensure that deadlines are met.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suites, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies as needed.
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships, using your interpersonal skills to build trust and collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.

Nice-to-Haves

While not essential, the following qualifications are desirable:

  • Two years of Membership and Billing related experience, with a focus on process improvement and operational excellence.
  • Working knowledge of arenaflex Membership and Billing systems, including Member's Edge, eBilling, group CRM, eFAD, etc.
  • Demonstrated project work/corporate work group experience within the last year, with a focus on process improvement and operational analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and implement improvements to business processes, using your analytical skills to drive informed decision-making.
