**Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst – Financial Planning Systems (Part Time/Remote) at arenaflex**

This role requires a unique blend of financial and IT experience. As a Senior Analyst, you'll support and develop Financial Systems applications, as they apply to the Finance association, and serve as an internal advisor to those groups to identify automation opportunities and create/suggest suitable solutions. **What You'll Do** * Uphold the Hyperion planning application, consistently, for forecast and actual financials * Approve the data from Hyperion Financial Management and from regulators * Explore and resolve issues with data, including divisional roll-ups and intercompany transactions * Uphold system maintenance; maintain client consents * Uphold clients with system issues, existing reports, forms, and models * Assist with preparation of in-depth scenarios and analytical results examinations on various complex financial issues and competitive industry analyses * Facilitate and complete monthly headcount process regarding Hyperion * Refresh Hyperion Planning with order changes; coordinate progressive system changes with Regulators and GL organization * Communicate with work groups to determine reporting business needs; propose and present effective solutions * Create Essbase cubes, Planning Applications, Reports, as well as estimating and planning models for Finance divisions **All You'll Need for Success** * Minimum Qualifications Education and Earlier Professional Training * Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Data Systems or equivalent experience/training * 2 years of work experience in a Finance role, including experience with financial summaries, as well as financial modeling and analysis * Strong IT foundation, including experience with Prophet and multi-dimensional and social database structures **Preferred Qualifications Education and Earlier Professional Training** * Experience using Hyperion, as well as development and implementation experience (including Intelligent Disclosure, Essbase, Planning) * Skills, Licenses, and Certificates * Ability to adapt and be flexible in the use of analytical methodologies relating to financial issues * Ability to extract, manipulate, and analyze data * Meticulous with focus on precision and ability to prioritize tasks * Knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and so on * Strong communication skills * Excellent collaboration skills with demonstrated ability to work effectively in diverse situations **What You'll Get** * Take advantage of all that arenaflex has to offer: + Medical benefits: On the very first day, you'll have access to your health, dental, prescription, and vision benefits to help you stay great.
