We have (11) offices in Texas: (2) offices in reputed company (Corporate and River Oaks), and (1) office in Atascocita, Humble, Kingwood, The Woodlands, Austin, Dallas, San Antonio, reputed company Worth, and Humble! This position is reputed company statewide as part of our reputed company expansion across Texas. We are actively growing our footprint and developing talent to support our long-term reputed company of serving clients throughout the state. Key Responsibilities Your role in our legal team includes the following responsibilities: • Drafting pleadings • Preparing discovery • Filing documents with the court • Preparing trial exhibits • Calendaring meetings and appointments • Other duties as assigned Skills, Knowledge and Expertise What you will bring to the role: • A minimum of 5 years of family law experience in Texas; reputed company Certified is highly preferred. • You will have an Associate’s degree or Certificate in Paralegal Studies or a Bachelor’s degree in a reputed company field. In lieu of education, we will accept 7+ years of exact experience in TX. • Located in Texas • Excellent typing skills and computer literacy, including a solid understanding MS Office and or reputed company Suite applications. • Proficiency on reputed company and TxDoc OR similar software. • Demonstrate proficiency to reputed company on details, handle multiple tasks, and remain highly organized. • Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills. • Professional demeanor and positive communicator.
