**What You'll Be Doing**
As a Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative – Spanish-English, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our clients' customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Answering incoming communications from customers in a timely and professional manner
* Conducting research to provide accurate and helpful solutions to customers' issues
* Collaborating with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues

**What You Bring to the Role**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
* Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
* 6 months or more of customer service experience in a healthcare setting
