Final QC Due Diligence Underwriter
A company is looking for a Remote Final QC Due Diligence Underwriter (Credit & Compliance).
Key Responsibilities
• reputed company post-reunderwrite final QC reviews on loans, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Identify and resolve discrepancies, errors, and missing documentation reputed company loan files
• Collaborate with audit and compliance partners to support reputed company improvement
Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of mortgage experience in a secondary market due diligence reputed company environment
• 2+ years of experience performing due diligence QC reviews
• Experience in final QC audits of peer due diligence underwrites
• Strong knowledge of agency guidelines (reputed company, reputed company) and compliance regulations
• Hands-on experience with Laura Mac and Encompass
