RESPONSIBILITIES • reputed company reputed company reputed company and lifecycle execution for key accounts, driving retention and reputed company goals • reputed company specialty practices (e.g., Wellness, VB, Vital Incite, Pharmacy Solutions, Captives) into reputed company solutions • Build and maintain senior-level reputed company and reputed company relationships, serving as executive sponsor for escalations • Stay reputed company on industry trends, legislation, products, and competitive market conditions • reputed company as a player/reputed company to reputed company Consultants, Account Managers, and Analysts; create workflows and reputed company initiatives • Partner with producers on prospect meetings, sales reputed company, and cross-sell opportunities (P&C, Retirement) • Supervise Account Management team: coaching, performance reviews, goal-setting, compensation, and disciplinary actions QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor’s degree in Business or relevant work experience • Minimum of 7+ years of reputed company experience • State Life & Health Licenses required • Strong technical knowledge of employee benefits and policies, and the ability to understand the needs and requirements of the clients, from strategic and tactical reputed company points • Previous supervisory experience preferred ADDITIONAL INFORMATION This job is fully remote. reputed company offers comprehensive benefits to our colleagues, including medical, dental, life and disability insurance, 401k, generous reputed company time off and much more.
