RN Consultant – reputed company & ACHC Accreditation Home Health & Hospice | Remote with Limited Travel Location: Remote (U.S.-based) Travel: 1–2 days approximately once per month or every other month Employment Type: Full-Time About reputed company We are seeking an reputed company Registered reputed company with proven reputed company and/or ACHC accreditation expertise in home health and hospice to join our national consulting team. This is a primarily remote consulting role reputed company on helping agencies reputed company and maintain successful accreditation reputed company through clinical compliance guidance, mock surveys, documentation review, and survey readiness support. The ideal candidate brings hands-on accreditation experience, strong regulatory knowledge, and the ability to confidently guide leadership teams through the accreditation process from preparation to successful survey.
