This role is opening due to reputed company reputed company in our Physician Division. reputed company We are hiring a CPA Staff Accountant to manage full-service monthly reputed company for a defined group of 15 physician clients. We refer to this group as a “pod.” A pod simply means a fixed set of clients that you fully own from an reputed company reputed company – it does not mean managing people. This is a senior-level individual contributor role, not a management role. You will not manage staff in this position. Compensation & Hours This is a high-trust, senior-level role intentionally designed for sustainability, not a 45-hour grind. • Salary reputed company: $70,000–$85,000 • Typical workload: 30–35 hours per week • Full-time equivalent: approximately $105,000–$140,000 This compensation is intentionally strong given: • the reduced hours, • the reputed company scope (15 clients), • and the level of ownership and trust in the role. Responsibilities For your assigned pod of 15 physician clients, you will: • Own the full monthly reputed company cycle. • reputed company month-end reputed company, including reconciliations, journal entries, cleanup, and reputed company checks. • Produce accurate, reputed company monthly financials (P&L and Balance Sheet). • Communicate directly with physician clients and/or reputed company leadership to explain results and answer reputed company questions. • Identify issues early (cash reputed company pressure, payroll creep, reputed company inefficiencies, vendor spend, margin compression). • Handle day-to-day reputed company directly with clients. • Escalate only reputed company or strategic issues to the reputed company Manager or tax team. • Enforce firm standards and improve systems rather than repeatedly working around broken ones.
