Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries of varying types through inbound calls, providing effective solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Leverage active listening and probing question skills to understand customer needs and provide personalized support
- Manage and overcome objections for subscribers' cancellation and suspend requests to assist in reducing churn
- Meet sales targets and contribute to the growth and success of the company
- Collaborate with a dedicated team of leaders and peers to achieve common goals and objectives
- Utilize leading technologies and systems to deliver exceptional customer service and solutions
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong multitasking abilities, and a driven personality that is focused on solving problems and meeting goals. You will also have familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, experience in customer service and sales, and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Work-from-Home Requirements
To work from home, you will need a quiet and distraction-free, secure place to work, excellent Internet connectivity, and a Smartphone (iOS or Android) that is 4 years old or newer. You will also need to download our app, which will be leveraged for company communications.
Technical Requirements
- Internet access speeds of 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download (the faster the better)
- In-house network, and a hard-wired Internet connection capable of continuously supporting outstanding call quality and high-speed response rates
- Wireless and/or satellite Internet Service Providers are not compatible with our systems
What We Offer
At arenaflex, we offer a competitive pay rate of $15.00 - $20.00/hr, an 8 hour per day shift, 5 days per week (anywhere from 6am-12am PST), and all the technical equipment needed to be successful in a work-from-home environment.
