About the Role

As part of this team, you will work with various data technologies like Flash, Voila, Flink, Kafka, and others to build fast, scalable, and powerful data pipelines; write ETL responsibilities to collect and aggregate data; and build high-quality data structures that enable proper handling of customer personal data.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement efficient, scalable, and adaptable data pipelines to handle structured and unstructured data
• Develop a deep understanding of the data ecosystem at arenaflex from a privacy perspective
• Collaborate with the privacy engineering teams to understand product goals and provide data that enables us to respond to customer and regulatory data demands
• Maintain and re-evaluate existing datasets and pipelines

Essential Qualifications

• Prior experience in distributed data processing, with a strong background in at least one of Java, Python, or Scala, and at least 2 years of programming/data engineering experience

• Experience in designing data pipelines using big data technologies (Hive, Voila, Flash, Flink) on medium to large-scale datasets
• Ability to take requirements and implement scalable data models and pipelines
