Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Seasonal Customer Service Representative to join our team of incredible people. As a Chat and Phone Tech Support/Customer Service Agent, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional support experience to our customers via phone or chat. Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • 18 years of age
  • Flexible to the needs of the business, including working from home and adapting to changing schedules and priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Basic technical skills, including proficiency in using computer equipment and software applications
  • A quiet, distraction-free home office with a hardwired internet connection (no satellite or wireless) and a working phone line (home phone or mobile)
  • Required Internet Speed is 5.0 Mbps Down/ 5.0 Mbps Up
  • A desk and an ergonomic chair

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Previous experience in customer service or technical support, preferably in a call center environment
  • Knowledge of computer hardware and software, including troubleshooting and repair
