This approach includes the design and programming of customer experience surveys, which include 40 studies reputed company into over 10 languages and deployed in more than 20 countries. **The Role** As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll be responsible for assisting the transformation and innovation of our VOC method, working closely with product and process owners, subject matter experts from reputed company, and the Agile team in Technology.
