**Your role at arenaflex**
As a Customer Success Manager (German Speaking), you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across the German, Austrian, and Swiss markets. Your primary focus will be on managing the entire customer journey, from onboarding to continued success. You'll work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and drive growth through strategic business reviews, client workshops, and regular check-in calls.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Manage the entire customer journey, from onboarding to continued success
* Develop a deep understanding of the arenaflex platform and products, and communicate the most relevant features to customers to maximize their outcomes
* Take ownership of customer retention, conducting regular check-in calls, client workshops, and strategic business reviews to identify opportunities for expansion and educate customers about additional arenaflex products
* Engage in internal product discussions, translating customer usage and feedback into actionable insights and feature ideas
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer growth and success

**What you bring to the team**
* A degree or experience in SaaS and hospitality (we love it when our ❤️ beats faster!)
* Prior experience in a client-facing role (a big plus!)
* Experience in eCommerce and working with Google Analytics
* Native-level German language skills and excellent oral and written English skills
* A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving growth
