About the role The Franchise Operations & Marketing Manager is the backbone of our franchise reputed company. This role is responsible for overseeing franchise data, developing and managing initiatives with partners, building brand playbooks, and assisting at tradeshows. It’s a highly cross-functional position that will work closely with sales, marketing, revops, implementation, and CS to ensure we are engaging with reputed company prospects and creating a great experience for them at reputed company. The ideal candidate is highly organized, energetic, and self-starting, thriving in a fast-paced environment. This position will include travel as necessary to manage the business.
