PI LA/Paralegal

We are looking for a skilled Paralegal with a strong background in personal injury law to join our team on a contract basis in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin. This role requires attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive client information. You will play a vital role in supporting legal processes and ensuring timely case management. Responsibilities: • Conduct client intake interviews and maintain accurate tracking of client details and case progress. • Analyze and review medical records to gather relevant information for case development. • Draft legal demands and other required documentation to support case proceedings. • Order accident reports and compile evidence essential to personal injury cases. • Manage case files with precision, ensuring organization and accessibility. • Maintain timeliness in completing assigned tasks and adhering to deadlines. • Communicate effectively with clients to ensure responsiveness and reliability. • Utilize case management software to streamline litigation processes and track case status. • Collaborate with attorneys during trial preparation and discovery phases. • Assist in civil litigation procedures, including document drafting and filing. The pay range for this position is 22 to 27. Benefits available to contract/contract professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
