Your responsibilities will include: * Handling a high volume of inbound customer inquiries with ease and professionalism * Offering additional products and services to customers to enhance their shopping experience * Personalizing each customer interaction to ensure a unique and memorable experience * Confirmed refunds, taking payments, placing orders, and analyzing account data to resolve customer issues * Collaborating with colleagues and leaders to achieve team goals and objectives * Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on the latest products and services **What You Bring** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualities: * Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to de-escalate unique situations * Ability to work in a virtual environment with a set schedule and structured day * Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences * Proficiency in navigating multiple systems and screens to assist customers * Ability to sit for long periods of time and troubleshoot technical issues * Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and leaders * Availability to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours as needed **Compensation and Benefits** As a Work-from-Home Customer Service Representative, you'll enjoy a competitive compensation package, including: * Starting rate of $15.00/hour * Additional $1.00/hour for working 6pm-6am * Additional $1.00/hour for working 12:00am Saturday -11:59pm on Sunday * Comprehensive Total Rewards package, including competitive compensation, health care benefits starting on day 1, 401(k), paid time off, tuition reimbursement, employee assistance program, parental leave, paid volunteer hours, company discounts, and much more **System Requirements** To ensure a seamless customer experience, you'll need to meet the following system requirements: * Self-provided computer or laptop with a Microsoft Windows operating system, Windows 10 or newer, and no more than three years old * Headset compatible with arenaflex specifications (arenaflex reimburses $75 for headset) * High-speed internet connection (satellite, broadband, wireless, or dial-up services are not an option) * Webcam and ability to appear on camera for meetings and trainings **Your Training Schedule** As a new hire, you'll participate in an 8-week training program, Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 2:00 pm ET or 3:00 pm - 8:00 pm ET. This comprehensive training will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role. **Your Work Schedule** As a Work-from-Home Customer Service Representative, you'll work a set part-time schedule of 20 hours per week, with a 5-day work schedule, working 4-hour set shifts.
