Junior Cloud Automation Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES: OpenKyber has a client that is seeking a Performance Engineer in Irving, TX. Key Tasks: • Design and develop programs that conduct automatic tests on new and existent software • Use guidelines to develop programs and write automation scripts • Designing and developing test automation scripts. Using test automation guidelines • Design, program, simulate and test automated machinery and processes in order to complete exact tasks • Researching issues in software through testing • Collaborating with QA Analysts and Software Developers to develop solutions REQUIREMENTS: • Experience with containerization technologies like Docker • String scripting skills in languages such as Bash, Python • Effective problem-solving and analytical skills • Must be familiar with observability and APM tools like Splunk, ELK, AppDynamics, etc. • Good understanding of Architecture patterns and resiliency • Programing experience in Java and Spring boot • Strong microservices application support experience • Proficient understanding of algorithms, data structures, architectural design patterns, and best practices • Experience with Cloud is required The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
