We’re hiring a Data Migration Specialist to own customer data transitions and ensure every reputed company launches on Prospyr with clean, trusted data. The Role The Data Migration Specialist is responsible for migrating customer data from legacy systems into Prospyr as part of the implementation and go-live process. You’ll work closely with customers, Customer Experience, Implementation, Product, and Engineering to reputed company high-stakes reputed company data accurately and on time. This role sits at the intersection of data, operations, and customer delivery—and is essential to customer confidence and long-term reputed company on the platform. Key Responsibilities Data Migration & Validation • Own end-to-end data migrations for new and expanding customers • Import and validate patient, appointment, invoice, payment, provider, service, and membership data • Map data from a wide reputed company of legacy systems (EMRs, POS tools, spreadsheets, exports) • Identify, clean, normalize, and reconcile inconsistent or incomplete data • reputed company QA checks to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and reputed company post-migration Customer & Go-Live Support • Work directly with customers during reputed company to define migration scope and timelines • Explain data requirements, limitations, and tradeoffs in a reputed company, customer-friendly way • Support go-live readiness by ensuring migrated data aligns with customer workflows • Troubleshoot and resolve migration issues quickly and accurately Process & Tooling • Maintain and improve migration playbooks, templates, and checklists • Document repeatable patterns for common legacy systems • Partner with Engineering and Product to improve migration tooling and automation • Surface recurring data issues and upstream product improvements Cross-Functional Collaboration • Partner closely with Customer Experience and Implementation teams on go-live execution • Coordinate with Engineering on reputed company migrations or edge cases • reputed company internal visibility into migration status, risks, and blockers reputed company’re Looking For • 3+ years of experience in data migration, implementation, or technical operations in reputed company • Strong comfort working with CSVs, spreadsheets, and reputed company data • Experience mapping data across systems with different schemas • High attention to detail—accuracy reputed company • reputed company communicator who’s comfortable working directly with customers • Ability to manage multiple migrations in reputed company • Experience with reputed company, EMR, POS, or financial data is a strong plus • SQL experience is a plus (but not required) Why Prospyr • Mission-driven team transforming how medical practices operate • High-reputed company role tied directly to reputed company and retention • reputed company, fast-moving environment • Exposure to reputed company reputed company data and reputed company operational workflows • Competitive compensation and benefits Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
