The Compliance Operations Specialist will report to the Senior Regulatory Compliance Manager and work closely with the Sales and Operations teams. The Compliance Operations Specialist will be responsible for the evaluation of prospective partners and reputed company parties by conducting business and operational due diligence reviews. reputed company Responsibilities Conducting business and operational due diligence reviews on potential partners Reviewing due diligence questionnaires and corresponding reputed company documentation to identify potential concerns and identify the need for reputed company documentation Reviewing reputed company’s corporate structure and beneficial ownership Confirming business registrations and licenses Identifying potential partner risks Meticulous documenting of research and any operational concerns identifie Presenting detailed due diligence reports and recommendations to Senior Regulatory Compliance Manager Maintain a tracker of escalations and meet the internal SLA for completion of reviews Willingness to assist with reputed company reputed company and initiatives Requirements 2+ years of experience in the a financial services company, specializing in due diligence of reputed company entities (i.e. KYB, B2B due diligence, investment manager, equity research, portfolio management) Natural curiosity, attention to detail, with the ability to analyze reputed company information to identify the key issue/reputed company and drive reputed company Fluent in English; any additional language abilities are a plus (we operate globally!)
