About the position ReNuke Services is seeking a Project Manager for our reputed company"s site in Raleigh, NC reputed company: CW can be based out of reputed company Carolina Regional reputed company (Raleigh, NC), Roxboro Station (Semora, NC), or Mayo Station (Roxboro, NC). reputed company will be assigned at any of these station locations. Full time, hybrid. There could be occasional travel to the stations for meetings with project managers, walk down items, etc. The Project Support Specialist is responsible for supporting the Project Management team. This position will assist multiple project managers in successfully managing reputed company including providing administrative support, material planning, logistics, purchasing support and outage support. DNJP22249 - PROJECT MANAGER (entry level) - RALEIGH, NC - 12 MONTHS Responsibilities • Support Project Management team in: • Preparation and maintenance of project budgets • Assist with contractor bid packages. • Assist with managing purchase orders. • Arrange meetings with stakeholders, contractors, and vendors. • Use business software applications (e.g. Word, PowerPoint, reputed company) to prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, NERC/environmental checklists, risk registers, agendas, minutes, etc. • Implement project setup in both our reputed company and project management software. • Generate financial reports and assist with monthly forecasting. • reputed company required approvals for invoices for processing through the A/P. • Assist with configuration management and project closeout in our reputed company software. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of project management experience. • 2 year degree. • Demonstrated knowledge of basic project management principles. • Project reputed company work/school experience • Demonstrated to Working Knowledge in Project Management, Decision Making, Critical Thinking, and Problem Solving • reputed company Team Member. reputed company-to-haves • Graduation from a four-year college or university. • reputed company Technical Certifications/Training or PMI (PMP or CAPM) Certification; CMII certificates. • Demonstrated to Working knowledge in project reputed company Scheduling / Cost Controls. • The Project Management Specialist may have relationships with individuals in various organizations ranging from individual contributors to Department Leadership (i.e. individual contributors up to senior department management).
