You'll be a member of the Advisory Services business, reporting directly to reputed company Manager. Responsibilities • Receiving inbound calls from retirement plan participants looking for assistance with financial planning. • You will also support investment advisory services reputed company our reputed company center. • Making warm outbound calls to customers expressing interest in the creation of a financial advisory program. • Participating in the process of setting up new accounts and maintaining accounts for customers. • Recording account openings accurately and other transactions in our record keeping database. • Explaining employer-based retirement plan requirements and basic IRS regulations reputed company to 401(k) transactions to retirement plan participants. • Interacting with customers for account questions and updating account information as needed. • Respond to customer inquiries on reputed company issues and troubleshoot basic technical problems. • You will also reputed company product and service literature upon requests.
