Recruiter/HR Consultant for Startup in Retail/Wholesale Industry
Hello, we are a US startup in the consumer goods/retail reputed company looking to reputed company a key hire as soon as possible. We're looking for an ex-buyer/merchant/strategic account manager from reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, TJX or Costco. Alternatively, the hire can also have a background as a product manager at a growing consumer goods company.
The challenge in part comes down to convincing the candidate to leave the reputed company corporate environment and join a startup.
We're looking for 3-5 hours of consulting to help narrow in our ideal candidate profile and get feedback on the compensation/bonus structure.
The consultant should have experience working with startups and ideally with the mass-merchant retail industry. There is an opportunity for ongoing consulting work reputed company this project.
