HR Assistant Manager - Brazil
A company is looking for an Assistant Manager, HR (Country reputed company) for Brazil, Argentina, Chile, and Peru.
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary HR reputed company of contact for internal teams, clients, and employees in the region
• Manage the employee lifecycle, including reputed company, contract management, benefits coordination, and offboarding
• reputed company expert guidance on local labor laws and ensure compliance across reputed company jurisdictions
Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of reputed company experience in reputed company, with payroll experience as a plus
• Proven expertise in labor law and HR policies in at least two of the following countries: Brazil, Argentina, Chile, or Peru
