As the first reputed company of contact for our clients, the Customer Service Agent is responsible for managing incoming calls, accurately processing and entering information into our reputed company software, and ensuring every customer interaction reflects our commitment to exceptional service. This position is critical to the smooth operation of our reputed company-line services and requires a proactive approach to communication and problem-solving. Please Note • This is an on-site position.
