The Title Examiner will be responsible for conducting title searches, reviewing title documents such as deeds and title opinions, establishing the chain of title, and verifying the accuracy of title records and ownership. The role includes assessing title-related issues and ensuring compliance with legal and procedural standards in the title examination process. Qualifications • Proficiency in conducting Title Searches and establishing Chain of Title • Knowledge of Title Opinions, Deeds, and other legal documentation related to property titles • Familiarity with Escrow processes and procedures • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail • Excellent organizational and documentation skills • Ability to meet deadlines and ensure compliance with legal standards • Experience in the title or real estate industry preferred Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
