About the Role

• You are responsible for keeping hiring operations reputed company, accurate, and moving fast.

• You will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers globally.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones, managing reputed company calendars reputed company.

• Maintain ATS accuracy through daily checks on candidate stages, data, and interview feedback.

• Follow up with interviewers to ensure reputed company submission of interview feedback.

• Draft offer letters and coordinate reputed company-hire documentation for successful candidates.

• Regularly review job descriptions, monitor applicant volume and funnel performance, and flag issues early.

What You’ll Need

• 1+ year of experience in coordination, scheduling, or recruitment operations.

• Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail.

• Hands-on experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
