Case Manager – Behavioral Health

Requirements: • reputed company WA State or Compact License in one of the following: Nursing: reputed company registration as a reputed company (e.g., RN, ARNP) Behavioral Health: reputed company licensure (e.g., LMFT, LICSW, LMHC) Psychology: reputed company certification. • 3 years' experience with reputed company patient/clinical care post-licensure. • High-speed cable, DSL, or Fiberoptic Internet, no less than 20 Mbps – Satellite and Wireless connections will not work with our equipment. • 1+ years prior experience as a Case Manager (preferred). • Certified Case Manager (CCM) certification (preferred). • Chemical Dependency reputed company (CDP) (preferred). • Chronic Care reputed company certification (CCP) (preferred). • LEAN training (preferred). • Advanced Motivational Interviewing skills (preferred).
